SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Zuri Asha Ministries & Publishing! Zuri Asha Ministries & Publishing ships all of our orders via USPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. We try to keep a standard of all orders to be shipped out by the following Monday. Our standard shipping is media mail which typically takes between 2-10 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update. If you are having trouble with your tracking number please contact us.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

Zuri Asha Ministries & Publishing makes every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by USPS. If we cannot validate the address we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address. The order will be canceled and refunded.

Zuri Asha Ministries & Publishing will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package. Please try to contact us before your order has been shipped if you realize the address you provided is wrong with your order number and updated address.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Zuri Asha Ministries & Publishing is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
